# Session Info Update is stabilized

> Announcement that the session_info_update notification is now part of the stable ACP protocol.

The Session Info Update RFD has moved to Completed and the session\_info\_update notification is stabilized.

This lets agents push session metadata updates to clients in real time, including generated titles and related metadata, so session lists can stay current without polling.
